This jersey contains the typical Gerry Cosby tag sewn into the jersey neckline and a Maska tag with "50" written onto the tag in blue pen.

Patches:
This jersey contains the NHL 75th NHL Anniversary patch that was placed on all NHL jerseys worn during the 1991-92 season.

Nameplate:
This jersey does not have a nameplate. The letters are stitched onto the jersey back. There are red letters stitched onto larger white letters and then those are placed onto the jersey.

Hemline:
The hemline contains the CCM patch embroidered into the fabric as well as the NHL logo. There is no game abuse on the hemline.

Neck:
The neckline appears to be in very good shape with little or no stretching or game wear.

Fight Strap:
This fight strap is clean. One of the snaps shows some rust.

Left Sleeve and Shoulder:
The left sleeve and shoulder show excellent game use. Despite a reinforced elbow, there are two nickel-sized team repairs on the elbow and a third team repair just below the elbow. The elbow also shows quite a few abrasions and board burns. There is a small brown smudge along the lower white stripe on the elbow. There is a tiny board burn three inches to the left of the "20" on the sleeve and some team stitching just above the "2" in the number. The base of the "2" on the red numbering has a mark that was probably made from a stick blade. A small team repair is also evident above the "2."

Right Sleeve and Shoulder:
The right sleeve and shoulder show good game use. There is an extra layer of fabric sewn into the elbow, which contains a board burn. There is a second board burn just to the right of the elbow as well as some scattered abrasions throughout. The lower white stripe contains the tiniest of tears, while the red stripe and upper white stripe have a few puck marks. There is an abrasion on the upper part of the sleeve towards the front of the jersey as well as a prominent team repair where the sleeve meets the jersey front and shoulder panel.

Jersey Front:
The jersey front shows light game use. There is a team repair on the upper left-hand portion of the jersey as youview it that is attached tothe shoulder panel. A stick mark is evident on the upper white stripe below the lettering.

Jersey Back:
The jersey back shows light game use. There is a team repair to the left of the "2" and the numbers are showing good fraying. A smallblack mark is evident on the white stripe below the "0." A small black mark can be seen on the lower right-hand corner of the "2."

Other Notes:
Awesome jersey from one of the era's best defensive forwards!
