Welcome to www.VintageIceHockey.com - a new website that I am in the process of developing.

Slowly, but surely, I will be adding links to pictures and descriptions of vintage ice hockey collectibles from my personal collection. I've often wondered about the word vintage as it applies to the sports memorabilia hobby. Must an item be a particular age before it can be considered vintage? I am sure we would all agree that a 1910-1911 Imperial Tobacco C56 Art Ross rookie card is a vintage item. But is a game program from a 1975 New York Rangers - Montreal Canadiens tilt a vintage item? I suppose it is all in the eye of the beholder. Or perhaps there just is no real division between vintage and modern items. That's one of the beauties of this hobby. Lots of questions, lots of answers, and just as much fun to ask a question as it is to receive the answer to one.

I am sure all hockey collectors would agree that the Parade Sportive issues dating from 1943 through 1948 are vintage items. Please enjoy browsing through the Parade Sportive page by clicking on the link below.
